'Menu'
A portrait series by Robbie Postma & Robert Harrison
In their series of portraits, Robbie Postma (chef) and Robert Harrison (photographer) take the viewer back to the bare bones of a menu. Through hypersensitive imagination and exquisite culinary flair, they evoke every step of creating a fine dining experience making the raw, unprocessed ingredients the heroes.
Robbie Postma and Iñaki Bolumburu met as trainees at restaurant Noma. Now, 8 years later, they are joining forces - inspired by a world of art that fuses culinary expertise with boundless creativity.
Join us for dinner at Contrast to experience an 8 step menu from Iñaki Bolumburu, and immerse yourself in the MENU exhibition below deck.
Wednesday through Saturday 16:00 - 00:00
