The House of Suntory – launched The Festival Collection – Roku Gin Sakura Bloom edition.A gin that invites gin drinkers to experience the uniquely Japanese concept of shun, an appreciation for each season’s peak freshness. Chef Inaki has curated a dining experience accompanied by Roku gin Sakura Bloom cocktails inspired by the concept of “Shun” Downstairs, Amsterdam based artist Bruno Sitton created  an  immersive experience inspired by the Hanami Festival. The installation  invites the viewer to stop for a moment,  to celebrate shun,  and embrace the vibrant, fleeting seasons that surround us.  To find beauty in the simple act of being present.
