At Contrast we work with locally sourced, organic vegetables and sustainable fresh fish from the North Sea. In order to work as sustainable as possible, we will set up the chefs menu depending on what the farmers harvested on the land and what the local fisherman caught in the sea.
We like products raw and pure, so we only serve organic and natural wines and our spirits come from Dutch soils. If it does come from the other side of the ocean, like our coffee, we will get it here by sailship.
We will try to translate our conscious product choices unforced to your table (one could argue). Although we will always humbly listen to anyone who can teach us about a more sustainable choice.
