I can’t think of a single thing more interesting than food. A primary occupation of the mind. One that completely fills in my day, a single occupation that can bring me utter happiness and comfort.



Both our kitchen and bar stem from sustainable and conscious choices. We try to translate those unforced (one could argue) to your table. Though we will always, humbly listen to anyone who can teach us about a more sustainable choice. 

To keep up with innovations and changes we regularly invite a Chef to work with us for a couple months.
