Chef Iñaki Bolumburu


Born in a small town on the outskirts of Bilbao, Iñaki Bolumburu is a chef who brings the full flavours of his Basque roots into a modern context. 


Growing up in an area steeped in gastronomy and rich in both wild and cultivated produce, Iñaki’s dishes are a raw yet refined meeting of tradition, skill, and respect for nature. 


Iñaki first met with haute cuisine at a young age and, shortly after, embarked on a journey that has taken him to renowned restaurants across the globe, each of which has shaped the chef he is today. 


Fuelled by the desire to learn from and share with different cultures, Iñaki continues to explore as a nomadic chef, creating nature-driven dishes that put local produce and pure flavours at the centre of the table and strive for sustainable solutions in the food industry.
